First five (5) snow days will be added to the end
of the school year. If we have any
significant number of snow days prior to
January 31st, the February two-day
winter recess may be shortened or eliminated.
If more days are needed, the BOE/HTEA
will mutually decide when they will be
rescheduled, but rescheduling must occur prior to

vacations during the school year –
since emergencies or weather conditions could
change the above calendar. We urge
anyone to take out trip insurance if vacation
